The GCLA was formed in 1992 when a group of landscapers (and suppliers) in the Columbia metropolitan area began meeting on a systematic basis to share information concerning the “Green Industry.”  By word of mouth, the association grew from just a few members to in excess of 100 members today.

About the GCLA

We have monthly membership meetings for networking and continuing education. The association has a scholarship program for students in the “green industry” additionally we have an annual service project.

We also participate in the annual Home and Garden Show at the fairgrounds in Columbia.  In December we have a banquet where we recognize our accomplishments for the year and look forward to the coming year.
